The Friendship Order was presented to Mr. Eamonn Murphy by Her Excellency Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan at the National Congress on the 20 Years for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control in Viet Nam to acknowledge the contribution of the United Nations in general and Mr. Murphy in particular to the national response to HIV.
